On Sunday 20th August people gathered in their masses to take part in the Kidney Research UK Glasgow Bridges Walk, their first walk in 4 years since the global pandemic.
The walk started at the Glasgow Science Centre near Millennium Bridge at 11am and followed a 7 mile route around the bridges of the River Clyde. The weather held off long enough for it to be an enjoyable day out.
Participants should be very proud of taking part, as the charity raised an amazing £66,400.00!
We're looking forward to helping Kidney Research UK with their Bridges Walk series next year which will include Glasgow, London and the return of Newcastle Bridges Walk! Watch this space.
